摘要
目前研究表明榛子具有复杂的化学成分和多方面的活性,值得进一步开发研究,尤其是在抗衰老功能食品、化妆品及药品应用方面具有独特潜力.现检索了国际权威学术数据库(中国知网、维普、超星、Sciencedirect、Pubmed、ACS、Springer等),主要涵盖榛子化学物质组成和相关体内外生物活性,揭示国内外榛子中所含药效物质基础及相关生物活性研究进展。
Current research shows that hazelnuts have complex chemical compositions and multi-faceted activities,which are worthy of further development and research,especially in their unique potential regarding anti-aging functional foods,cosmetics and pharmaceutical applications.The paper makes a thorough search on those international authoritative academic databases(CNKI,WIP,Superstar,Sciencedirect,Pubmed,ACS,Springer,etc.),which mainly covers the chemical compositions of hazelnuts and their related biological activities,and reveal the material basis of medicinal properties contained in hazelnuts at home and abroad and the research progress of related biological activities.
