摘要
中医学的核心内容为辨证论治,而辨病论治的基础为明辨病机。针对2020-2021年新型冠状病毒肺炎在全球范围内爆发,基于全国《新型冠状病毒肺炎中医诊疗方案》及东北地区的地域特点,长春中医药大学制定《长春中医药大学新型冠状病毒肺炎中医诊疗方案》,通过1例典病案分析,呈现《长春中医药大学新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》在中西合璧诊治新型冠状病毒肺炎中打出1+1大于2的重拳,使新型冠状病毒肺炎患者症状改善快、炎症吸收快、核酸转阴快,明显缩短病程,减少患者痛苦,遏制病毒传播。
The core content of traditional Chinese medicine is the theory of treatment based on syndrome differentiation,while its basis lies in clearly identifying a disease pathogenesis.In view of the global outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic from 2020 to 2021,basing on the National TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 and the regional characteristics of Northeast China,Changchun University of Chinese Medicine formulated the TCM Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 in CCUCM.The present article introduces and analyzes a typical COVID-19 case treated under the guidance of the protocol,which indicates that the protocol is effective in the diagnosis and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia patients,especially when Chinese medicine is integrated with western medicine.The case shows that Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of the disease,and its clinical efficacy is characterized by quickly improving symptoms,quickly eliminating inflammation,rapidly turning nucleic acid test results negative,significantly shortening the disease course,reducing the sufferings of patients,and curbing the spread of the virus.
