摘要
目的 观察太极拳猫步锻炼联合穴位按摩改善中风偏瘫患者步行能力的疗效。方法 180例中风偏瘫患者,根据随机数字表法分成治疗组、对照1组及对照2组,各60例。对照1组给予中西医药物加综合康复治疗,对照2组在对照1组基础上联合太极拳猫步锻炼,治疗组在对照1组基础上给予太极拳猫步锻炼联合穴位按摩。比较三组治疗后3、6个月的Tinetti平衡与步态量表、简易体能状况量表(SPPB)、莫尔斯跌倒评估量表(Morse)评分及满意度、跌倒发生情况。结果 治疗后6个月,三组Tinetti平衡与步态量表、SPPB评分均高于治疗后3个月,Morse评分低于治疗后3个月,且治疗组Tinetti平衡与步态量表评分(21.02±1.32)分、SPPB评分(9.51±1.77)分均高于对照1组的(16.67±1.39)、(7.13±1.52)分和对照2组的(18.91±1.24)、(8.37±1.87)分,Morse评分(22.43±2.88)分低于对照1组的(32.67±3.43)分和对照2组的(27.86±3.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组满意度100.00%高于对照1组的70.00%和对照2组的91.67%,跌倒发生率0低于对照1组的18.33%和对照2组的6.67%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对中风偏瘫患者运用太极拳猫步锻炼联合穴位按摩治疗,其可明显提升运动能力,降低跌倒危险,患者满意度高,值得临床积极推广。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Taijiquan catwalk exercise combined with acupoint massage on improving walking ability of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 180 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were divided into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 according to the random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group 1 was treated with traditional Chinese and western medicine in combination with comprehensive rehabilitation,the control group 2 was treated with Taijiquan catwalk exercise based on the control group 1,and the treatment group was treated with Taijiquan catwalk exercise in combination with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group 1.Comparison was made on Tinetti balance and gait scale,short physical performance battery(SPPB),Morse score after 3 and 6 months of treatment,satisfaction rate,and occurrence of falls among the three groups.Results After 6 months of treatment,the Tinetti balance and gait scale score and SPPB score of the three groups were higher than those of this group after 3 months of treatment,and Morse score was lower than those of this group after 3 months of treatment;the Tinetti balance and gait scale score(21.02±1.32)points and SPPB score(9.51±1.77)points of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group 1[(16.67±1.39)and(7.13±1.52)points]and the control group 2[(18.91±1.24)and(8.37±1.87)points],and Morse score(22.43±2.88)points was lower than(32.67±3.43)points of the control group 1 and(27.86±3.05)points of the control group 2;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate 100.00%in the treatment group was higher than 70.00%in the control 1 group and 91.67%in the control 2 group,and the incidence of falls 0 was lower than 18.33%in the control 1 group and 6.67%in the control 2 group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,the application of Taijiquan catwalk exercise combined with acu
