摘要 近年来石墨烯及其衍生物因其优越的性能,在生物医学工程领域有着越来越广泛的应用。研究表明,石墨烯及其衍生物可能对细胞和器官造成一定程度的损害。因此,石墨烯及其衍生物的生物安全性一直是人们关注的焦点。本文将简要介绍影响石墨烯及其衍生物毒性大小的因素及其毒性评价方法,为开发高效、安全的新型石墨烯衍生物提供参考。 Graphene and its derivatives have been more and more widely used in biomedical engineering in recent years due to their superior performance.However, studies have shown that these chemicals may cause some damage to cells and organs.Therefore, the security of graphene and its derivatives has always been the focus of attention.This article will make a brief introduction on the factors affecting the toxicity of graphene and its derivatives and the methods for toxicity evaluation, thereby, provide a reference for the development of efficient and safe new graphene derivatives.
