摘要
目的黄芪桂枝附子汤加减治疗少阴人糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效。方法选取该院2019年12月—2021年6月收治的少阴人糖尿病周围神经病变患者100例,随机分成两组,每组50例,两组均采用目前公认的防治指南进行基础治疗,对照组的50例患者给予常规的治疗,治疗组的50例患者在对照组治疗基础上,同时给予黄芪桂枝附子汤加减治疗。两组均以4周为1个疗程,连用2个疗程。对比两组患者TCSS评分、临床的疗效、神经传导速度以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗组患者总有效率90%高于对照组70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,治疗组患者的TCSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组在治疗后比较,腓总神经中的运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。8周治疗后,治疗组和对照组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝附子汤加减治疗少阴人糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效显著;神经病变评分得到改善,治疗安全性良好。
Objective The clinical effect of Huangqi Guizhi Fuzi d ecoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Shaoyin people.Methods From December 2019 to the end of June 2021,100 eligible patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Shaoyin were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.Both groups used currently recognized prevention and treatment guidelines for basic treatment.The control group was given conventional treatment,and 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Guizhi Fuzi decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment and used 2 courses in a row.The TCSS score,clinical efficacy,nerve conduction velocity and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of patients in the treatment group 90% was higher than that of the control group 70%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the TCS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV) and sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV) of the common peroneal nerve in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group,and the difference between the groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Fuzi decoction is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in Shaoyin.The neuropathy score was improved and has good treatment safety.
