摘要
目的评价分析中医辩证护理糖尿病患者的临床效果。方法选择该院2019年2月—2020年2月收治150例糖尿病患者为研究对象,基于抽签法随机分组,形成患者数量均等的对照组与观察组,分别行西医常规护理、中医辨证护理。实施中医辨证护理后两组患者的血糖控制效果及护理质量评分。结果观察组护理总有效率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(77.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组自我护理能力各项评价指标及总分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理状态(SDS、SAS)评分护理后低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病患者的临床治疗采取中医辨证护理,有利于更好控制患者血糖指标,减少疾病负面影响与痛苦,对于提升护理质量亦有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate and analyze the clinical effect of dialectical nursing of diabetic patients in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods 150 cases of diabetic patients admitted to the hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomized based on the lottery method to form a control group and an observation group with an equal number of patients,and perform conventional Western medicine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine dialectical nursing respectively.The blood glucose control effect and nursing quality scores of the two groups of patients after the implementation of TCM dialectical nursing.Results The total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The evaluation indexes and total scores of the self-care ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The mental status(SDS,SAS) scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of TCM dialectical nursing for the clinical treatment of diabetic patients is conducive to better control of the patient’s blood glucose index,reducing the negative impact and pain of the disease,and also has a positive effect on improving the quality of care.
