摘要
目的分析信息化血糖管理应用于髋部骨折合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的效果。方法选取该院2019年1月—2021年1月收治的137例髋部骨折合并T2DM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分两组,观察组69例,对照组68例。对照组给予传统的血糖管理方法,观察组采用信息化血糖管理模式。比较两组患者血糖指标、血糖监测效果、髋关节功能Harris评分及并发症发生率。结果观察组FPG、2 hPG、TC、TG及HbA1c低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖知识的知晓率、血糖达标率及糖化血红蛋白达标率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后Harris评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论信息化血糖管理应用于髋部骨折合并T2DM患者中效果显著,可使患者血糖快速达标,糖化血红蛋白保持稳定,改善髋关节功能,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of information-based bl ood glucose management in patients with hip fracture and type 2 diabetes(T2 DM).Methods A total of 137 patients with hip fractures and T2 DM in the hospital were admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 69 cases in the observation group and 68 cases in the control group.The control group was given traditional blood glucose management methods,and the observation group was given an information-based blood glucose management model.The blood glucose index,blood glucose monitoring effect,Harris score of hip joint function and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results FPG,2 h PG,TC,TG and Hb A1 c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The awareness rate of blood glucose knowledge,the rate of blood glucose up to standard and the rate of up to standard of glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The postoperative Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of information-based blood glucose management in patients with hip fractures and T2 DM has a significant effect.It can quickly reach the standard of blood glucose,keep the glycosylated hemoglobin stable,improve hip joint function,and have hig h safety.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
