摘要
目的探究复方甘露醇所致静脉炎的预防护理中消炎止痛膏加冰片外敷的效果。方法选取该院2019年1-12月收治的200例静脉输注复方甘露醇的患者为研究对象,将2019年1-6月份收治的100例患者归为对照组,将2019年7-12月份收治的100例患者归为观察组,对照组与观察组均采用浅静脉套管针于前臂浅静脉输注复方甘露醇,观察组于输注同时用消炎止痛膏加冰片外敷穿刺点上方,对比两组患者静脉炎发生情况及严重程度、穿刺部位疼痛程度。结果与对照组42.00%比较,观察组12.00%的静脉炎发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.831,P<0.001)。观察组Ⅱ级静脉炎发生率为3.00%,低于对照组的18.00%;Ⅲ级静脉炎发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的10.00%;Ⅳ级静脉炎发生率为0.00%,低于对照组的7.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无痛患者占68.00%,高于对照组的33.00%,轻度疼痛患者占23.00%,高于对照组的9.00%,中度疼痛患者占7.00%,低于对照组的28.00%,重度疼痛患者占2.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消炎止痛膏加冰片外敷能有效预防复方甘露醇所致静脉炎,减轻患者疼痛,延长静脉套管针留置的时间。
Objective To explore the effect of external application of Xiaoyanzhitong ointment and borneol in the preventive care of phlebitis caused by compound mannitol.Methods 200 patients who received compound mannitol intravenously infused in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.The patients who were admitted from January to June 2019 were classified as the control group,and the patients who were admitted from July to December 2019 were included in the the observation group,both the control group and the observation group were infused with compound mannitol in the superficial vein of the forearm with a superficial vein trocar.The observation group was infused with Xiaoyanzhitong ointment plus borneol on top of the puncture point,and compared the two groups of patients with phlebitis occurrence and severity,pain at the puncture site.Results Compared with 42.00%of the control group,the observation group had 12.00%,a lower incidence of phlebitis,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=22.831,P<0.001).The incidence of gradeⅡphlebitis in the observation group was 3.00%,which was lower than 18.00% in the control group;the incidence of gradeⅢ3 phlebitis was 0.00%,which was lower than 10.00% in the control group;the incidence of gradeⅣphlebitis was 0.00%,which was lower than 7.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Painless patients in the observation group accounted for 68.00%,higher than 33.00%in the control group,mild pain patients accounted for 23.00%,higher than 9.00% in the control group,moderate pain patients accounted for 7.00%,lower than 28.00% in the control group,severe pain patients accounted for 2.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The topical application of Xiaoyanzhitong ointment and borneol can effectively prevent phlebitis caused by compound mannitol,reduce the pain of patients,and prolong the indwelling time of intravenous tr
