摘要
目的探析老年糖尿病患者接受家庭单位护理模式的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年5月-2020年6月该院收治的老年糖尿病患者136例,基于护理干预措施差异分组,常规护理的68例患者纳入对照组、家庭单位护理干预的68例患者纳入护理组,探析两组调研数据。结果护理组患者临床干预中,依从性占比98.53%、对照组患者依从性占比86.76%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.908,P<0.05);护理组患者护理过程中,满意度占比97.06%、对照组满意度占比88.24%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.886,P<0.05);护理组健康认知评分较之对照组同项数据存在数据差异,护理组明显占优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后护理组患者焦虑、抑郁心理情绪评分较与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组患者各项生活质量评分数据较之对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者的临床干预中,基于患者病情、生理状态的影响,将护理干预延伸到家庭单位中,更好地为患者提供更加全面、综合、有效的护理干预。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of the family unit nursing model for elderly diabetic patients.Methods The basis of this study was clinical nursing intervention for elderly diabetic patients.A total of 136 elderly diabetic patients admitted from May 2018 to June 2020 were included.Based on the difference in nursing intervention measures,68 patients in routine care were included in the control group and family unit nursing intervention were included in the nursing group,and the survey data between the groups was analyzed.Results In the clinical intervention of nursing group patients,compliance accounted for 98.53%,and the control group patients’compliance accounted for 86.76%.the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.908,P<0.05);nursing group patients were in the nursing process,satisfaction accounted for 97.06%and the control group’s satisfaction accounted for 88.24%.the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.886,P<0.05);the health perception score of the nursing group had a data difference compared with the same data in the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after the intervention,there were significant data differences in the anxiety and depression scores of the nursing group compared with the control group(P<0.05);the various quality of life scores of the nursing group were significantly different than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical intervention of elderly diabetic patients,based on the impact of the patient's condition and physiological state,the nursing intervention is extended to the family unit to better provide patients with more comprehensive,overall and effective nursing intervention.
