摘要
目的分析全血CRP联合血常规检验在儿科细菌性感染类疾病中的应用价值及准确性。方法方便选取该院于2019年6月-2020年4月收治的患有细菌感染的儿童患儿103例为研究对象。所有参与研究的患儿均被确诊患有细菌性感染。对患儿进行血常规检验与全血CRP检验。通过血常规检测结果诊断患儿病情。其后在通过血常规与全血CRP的检测结果诊断患儿病情。统计两种检验方法的总检出率、CRP情况及不同方法的准确性。结果全血CRP联合检验血常规检验的总检出率为96.12%,显著高于血常规检验组的总检出率81.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.012,P=0.001)。全血CRP检验组织的CRP表达为(38.27±7.62)mg/L,高于血常规检验组的(11.23±1.22)mg/L。CRP表达的差异有统计学意义(t=35.561,P=0.001)。全血CRP联合检验组的准确率为96.12%,显著高于血常规组的81.55%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.012,P=0.001)。结论全血CRP联合血常规检验的准确性较高,在临床应用中具有显著的价值,应在临床中推广使用。
Objective To analyze the application value and accuracy of whole blood CRP combined with routine blood test in pediatric bacterial infections.Methods A total of 103 pediatric patients with bacterial infections who were admitted to the hospital from June 2019 to April 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.All children who participated in the study were diagnosed with bacterial infections.Routine blood tests and CRP tests of whole blood were performed on the children.Diagnose the child's condition based on the results of routine blood tests.Later,the patient's condition was diagnosed through blood routine and whole blood CRP test results.The total detection rate of the two test methods,CRP and the accuracy of the different methods were calculated.Results The total detection rate of whole blood CRP combined test blood routine test was 96.12%,which was significantly higher than that of the blood routine test group of 81.55%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.012,P=0.001).The CRP expression of the whole blood CRP test tissue was(38.27±7.62)mg/L,which was higher than(11.23±1.22)mg/L in the blood routine test group.The difference in CRP expression was statistically significant(t=35.561,P=0.001).The accuracy rate of the whole blood CRP combined test group was 96.12%,which was significantly higher than the 81.55%of the blood routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.012,P=0.001).Conclusion The accuracy of whole blood CRP combined with routine blood test is high,and it has significant value in clinical application and should be promoted and used in clinical practice.
