摘要
目的:分析费德勒温网发球过程中抛球引拍、“挠背”、挥拍击球和随挥四个阶段的动作特征。方法:选取费德勒的发球视频导入3D-Signa1Tec三维录像解析系统进行视频解析,通过解析的运动学参数进行分析。研究结果:1、抛球引拍阶段:球在距地面1.915m处以4.81m.s^(-1)的速度离手,同时膝关节屈曲,大臂夹角85.3°右肘角65.4°完成引拍动作;2、“挠背”阶段:双脚蹬地给与的反作用力使左右膝关节蹬伸幅度达到55.6°和44.3°,持拍手自然下垂使拍头置于最低点形成“超越器械反弓”动作;3、挥拍击球阶段:以蹬腿→转髋→转体→手臂绕肩→肘关节伸→小臂外旋→转腕的发力顺序在2.608m处的位置将球击出;4、随挥阶段:膝关节缓冲幅度44.9°以消除能量维持身体平衡。
Objective:to analyzes the characteristics of the four serving stages of Federer in Wimbledon--toss and backswing,racket drop,stroke and follow through.Methods:Federer’s serve video is imported into 3D-Signa1Tec video analysis system for video analysis,and the kinematic parameters are analyzed.Results:1.The stage of toss and backswing:loose the ball at 1.915m from the ground with a speed of 4.81m.s^(-1);meanwhile,bent the knee,arm angle 85.3°,right elbow angle 65.4°to achieve backswing.2.Racket drop stage:the reaction force from the foot pedaling makes the left and right knee joint pedaling reach 55.6°and 44.3°,The clapping hands naturally droop,so that the clapping head is placed at the lowest point to form the action of“recurve bow”.3.Stroke stage:hit the ball at the position of 2.608m under the following sequence—leg extension,hip rotation,body rotation,arm around shoulder,elbow extension,forearm external rotation and wrist rotation.4.Follow through stage:the knee buffering range was 44.9°to eliminate energy and maintain body balance.
