摘要
目的:比较不同肝功能Child-Pugh分级的原发性肝癌患者血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)、糖类抗原153、199(CA153、CA199)表达浓度及其相关性。方法:回顾性分析本院2020年1月~2020年10月收治的84例原发性肝癌患者(观察组),另选取30例健康体检志愿者为对照组,比较不同肝功能Child-Pugh分级患者血清AFP、CA153、CA199浓度,并分析其与肝功能分级的相关性。结果:观察组血清AFP、CA153、CA199高于对照组(P<0.05);不同肝功能Child-Pugh分级患者血清AFP、CA153、CA199浓度比较差异有统计学意义;其中,肝功能Child-Pugh C级患者高于B级、A级患者,肝功能B级患者高于A级患者(P<0.05)。结论:不同肝功能Child-Pugh分级的原发性肝癌患者血清AFP、CA153、CA199表达浓度存在明显差异,AFP、CA153、CA199与肝功能分级呈正相关性。
Objective:To compare the serum levels of alpha fetoprotein(AFP),carbohydrate antigen 153 and 199(CA153,CA199)in patients with primary liver cancer(PHC)of different liver function grades and their correlation.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 84 patients with primary liver cancer(observation group)treated in our hospital from January 2020 to October 2020,and 30 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group.The changes of serum AFP,CA153,CA199 concentrations in patients with different liver function Child-Pugh classification were compared,and the correlation between serum AFP,CA153,CA199 and liver function grading was analyzed.Results:The levels of serum AFP,CA153 and CA199 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum AFP,CA153,CA199 concentrations of patients with different liver function Child-Pugh grades were significantly different;among them,the liver function of Child-Pugh grade C patients was higher than that of grade B and A patients,and the liver function of grade B patients was higher than that of grade A patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of AFP,CA153 and CA199 were significantly different in different Child-Pugh grades of liver cancer,and there was a positive correlation between AFP,CA153,CA199 and liver function classification.
