摘要
以中国知网CSSCI数据库收录的138篇期刊论文为样本数据,运用文献计量分析方法和可视化软件总结国内政策协同的研究状况。外部特征分析发现,研究平台呈现为中央主导与区域化并存;研究领域集中于经济和管理学科;学术共同体初具规模。内部特征分析发现,政策协同研究的主题集中于财政、货币、节能减排等热点领域;政策测量的量化研究推动传统的规范研究向实证研究转变;政策协同效应等聚类单元具有较好的延展性。未来研究需紧扣现实,在研究主题上更加关注区域政策协同、不同领域政策间协同;在研究方法和理论框架构建上因应中国本土情境,开展具有中国特色的理论创新以指导实践。
Taking 138 journal papers in the CSSCI database of the CNKI as samples,this paper summarizes the present situation of domestic policy coordination research by means of bibliometric analysis and visualization software.The analysis of external features shows the research platform presents the co-existence of central-dominance and regionalization;the studies focus on economics and management science;and the academic community has begun to take shape.The analysis of internal features shows the studies on policy coordination place emphasis on finance,currency,energy conservation,emission reduction,etc.;the quantitative studies of policy measurement shift the research focus from traditional normative research to empirical research;and cluster units such as the synergy effect of policies have better extendability.Future research,therefore,should closely conform to reality and pay more attention to regional policy coordination and policy coordination among different fields.In terms of the construction of research methods and theoretical framework,it should fit into the local situations of China and carry out theoretical innovation with Chinese characteristics to guide practice.
