摘要
当前随着经济的发展,产业园区面临的问题越来越突出,已难以满足园区发展的需要,急需对产业园区规划及规划环评进行修编,以适应环境管理和区域污染物治理的要求。本文从产业园区现状出发,结合自己对产业园区规划和规划影响评价方面的认识,提出相应的改善措施和解决办法。
Current with the development of economy, the industrial park are faced with the problem more and more outstanding,has been difficult to meet the needs of park development, urgent need to revision of industrial park planning and planning eia, to adapt to the requirement of environmental management and regional pollution control. This paper from the present conditions of industrial park,combined with their impact assessment of industrial park planning and planning aspects of understanding, put forward corresponding improvement measures and solutions.
