摘要
本文根据环保管家在印染企业菜单式管理的显著成效,提出了环保管家“事前预警、事中分析、事后总结”的服务模式。印染企业“散、乱、污”状态得到根本性扭转,很好地诠释了“专业人员办专业事务”的理念。环保管家模式很好地促进了印染企业的转型升级,对我国企业在环保管家制度的建设、完善和快速应用方面具有很好的借鉴和推广意义。
According to the remarkable implementation of the environmental housekeeper in the menu management of printing and dyeing enterprises,the service mode of“pre-warning,in-process analysis and post summary”was put forward.The state of“scattering,disorder and pollution”of printing and dyeing enterprises had been fundamentally reversed,and the concept of“professional personnel to run professional affairs”had been well interpreted.The environmental housekeeper model has not only well promoted the transformation and upgrading of printing and dyeing enterprises,but also reference and promotion signifi cance for Chinese enterprises in the construction,improvement and rapid application of environmental housekeeper system.
