摘要
[目的]了解广州市和深圳市中医院护士对“互联网+护理服务”的认知情况及意愿,旨在为“互联网+护理服务”的发展提供参考。[方法]在文献分析及专家会议的基础上自行编制“互联网+护理服务”认知情况及意愿调查表进行问卷调查。采用便利抽样的方法对广州市和深圳市的206名三甲医院护士进行问卷调查。[结果]中医院的206名护士中,83.5%的护士对“互联网+护理服务”的认知情况为了解或非常了解,16.5%的护士不了解。68.0%的护士愿意从事“互联网+护理服务”,32.0%的护士不愿意从事“互联网+护理服务”。二元Logistic回归分析结果显示,婚姻状况、时间和精力有限、护士多点执业的合法性、我国护士无处方权、医疗护理安全是影响中医院护士从事“互联网+护理服务”意愿的因素(P<0.05)。[结论]广州市和深圳市中医院护士对“互联网+护理服务”认知情况较好,从事“互联网+护理服务”的意愿较为积极;婚姻状况、时间和精力有限、护士多点执业的合法性、我国护士无处方权、医疗护理安全影响中医院护士从事“互联网+护理服务”的意愿。要进一步解决护理行业中的现实问题,有效激发临床护士的工作热情和活力;完善相关法律法规,引导“互联网+护理服务”合法化发展;完善相关配套政策,切实保障各方权益,促进“互联网+护理服务”规范发展。
Objective To investigate the awareness and willingness of“Internet+nursing service”in the nurse of Guangzhou and Shenzhen traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)hospitals so as to provide reference for the development of“Internet+nursing service”.Methods On the basis of literature analysis and expert meeting,self-made questionnaire of cognition and willingness of“Internet+nursing service”to conduct the investigation.The method of convenience sampling was used to investigate 206 nurses from third tertiary hospitals of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou and Shenzhen.Results Among 206 nurses in TCM hospitals,83.4%nurses knew or had a very good understanding of“Internet+nursing service”,while 16.5%nurses did not.68%of nurses were willing to engage in“Internet+nursing services”and 32%were not willing to engage in“Internet+nursing services”.The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that marital status,limited time and energy,the legality of nurses multi-site practice,no prescription power of nurse in China and medical care safety were the factors influencing nurses' willingness to engage in“Internet+nursing service”in traditional Chinese hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusions Nurses in Guangzhou and Shenzhen traditional Chinese medicine hospitals have good cognition and positive of“Internet+nursing service”.Married status,limited time and energy,the legality of multi-site practice of nurses,no prescription power of nurse in China and the safety of medical care are the factors that affect the willingness of nurses in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to engage in“Internet+nursing services”.To further resolve the practical problems in the nursing,we should motivate working enthusiasm and vitality of clinical nurses,perfect relevant laws and regulations,guide decriminalization development of“Internet+nursing service”,perfect relevant supporting policies,ensure the rights and interests for all parties,and promote standardized development of“Internet+nursing service”.
