摘要
以海量的、异构的、多源的多部门空间数据共享于一个平台为研究背景,基于数据中台和物联网技术,充分运用移动互联网、云计算、大数据、三维仿真、人工智能等新一代信息技术,研究以第三次国土调查和年度变更调查为基础,构建面向自然资源部调查评价、监管决策和政务服务的框架体系,在数据储存层(DaaS层)引入物联网获取的实时数据,基于数据中台开展数据治理工作,丰富了自然资源信息化的框架体系。
With massive,heterogeneous,multi-source spatial data sharing in a platform as the research background,based on the data center and Internet of Things technology,this paper makes full use of mobile Internet,cloud computing,big data,3D simulation,arti-ficial intelligence and other information technologies in new generation.Based on the research of the third land survey and annual change survey,it builds a framework system for investigation,evaluation,supervision and government services of the Ministry of Natural Resources,introduces real-time data in data storage layer(DaaS layer),carries on data governance based on the data plat-form,enriching the framework system of natural resource informatization.
