摘要
支原体(Mycoplasma)是一类可在无生命培养基中生长繁殖的最小原核细胞微生物,是理想的最小生命体研究模型。支原体还可引起人、动物和植物的多种疾病,影响农业经济和公共卫生健康。但支原体对营养要求较高,体外培养困难,增加了对其开展生命科学基础、病原致病机制和疫苗等研究的难度。本综述概括了国内外对支原体营养代谢方面的研究进展,以期为理解支原体这一最小原核细胞的生长代谢特征,为今后改进培养基或培养方法、解决支原体培养困难等问题提供资料参考。
Mycoplasmas are some of the smallest prokaryotic microorganisms that can grow and reproduce in non-living media.They are an ideal model for studying the smallest organisms.Mycoplasmas cause many diseases of humans,other animals and plants,and affect agricultural economies and public health.However,Mycoplasmas have very high nutritional requirements and are difficult to cultivate in vitro,which increases the difficulty of conducting research on their basic life science,pathogenic mechanisms and vaccines.This literature review summarizes the latest progress in the study of the nutritional metabolism of Mycoplasmas in various countries in order to understand their characteristics of growth and metabolism and to provide a reference for improving growth media,culture methods and for solving the difficult problem of Mycoplasma culture.
