摘要
技术合同认定对于加速科技成果的转化、强化技术市场的管理具有非常重要的意义,所以近些年我国相关的政府机构对于推进技术合同认定工作采取了一系列的措施。该文主要分析当前技术合同认定工作过程中存在的一些实际问题,根据相关规定并结合工作实践得出的处理经验提出合理的建议,希望能够为加快我国科技创新发展提供一定程度的助力。
The recognition of technical contracts is of great significance for accelerating the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and strengthening the management of technology market. Therefore, in recent years, China’s relevant government agencies have taken a series of measures to promote the identification of technology contract. In this paper, it mainly analyzes some practical problems existing in the process of technical contract identification, and puts forward reasonable suggestions based on relevant provisions and processing experience obtained from work practice, hoping to provide some help to accelerate the development of science and technology innovation in China.
