摘要
目的了解无锡市医用织物卫生及其洗涤消毒管理执行情况,为进一步规范医用织物的卫生管理提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方式,对无锡市112家医疗机构医用织物卫生与管理现状进行调查与分析。结果112家医疗机构中设洗衣房的占36.61%,采用社会化洗涤的占60.71%。每日洗消量和存储量最多的为手术衣和床单等。三级、二级和一级医疗机构消毒质量监测合格率分别为97.20%、96.67%和96.25%。医用织物洗涤消毒管理执行率与环境物体表面合格率存在相关性。结论无锡市医疗机构医用织物卫生状况和洗涤消毒机构的管理均有待改进,医用织物的洗涤消毒仍需规范化,需要进一步提高医疗机构医用织物消毒质量。
Objective To understand the implementation of the hygiene and washing and disinfection management of medical fabrics in Wuxi City,so as to provide a basis for further standardizing the hygiene management of medical fabrics.Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate and analyze the current status of medical fabric hygiene and management in 112 medical institutions in Wuxi.Results Among 112 medical institutions,36.61%had laundry rooms,and 60.71%used social washing.The most daily decontamination and storage were surgical gowns and bed sheets.The qualified rates of quality monitoring of medical fabric hygiene in tertiary,secondary and primary medical institutions were 97.20%,96.67%and 96.25%,respectively.There was a correlation between the implementation rate of medical fabric washing and disinfection management and the qualified rate of environmental surface of objects.Conclusion The hygiene conditions of medical fabrics in medical institutions and the management of washing and disinfection institutions in Wuxi need to be improved.The washing and disinfection of medical fabrics still needs to be standardized,and the disinfection quality of medical fabrics in medical institutions needs to be further improved.
