摘要
利用云南省烟草及工业大麻种植与加工过程中的副产物(如碎烟叶和大麻秆等)生产高附加值产品是解决当前副产物低值低效利用甚至污染农业环境的有效途径。基于此,从生产本色卷烟纸的角度出发,将碎烟叶和工业大麻秆等农林废弃物的资源化利用与高档彩色卷烟纸的生产有机结合起来。通过清洁的氧碱法技术提取大麻秆芯纤维原料,并与云南特有的思茅松纤维原料配抄,加填轻质碳酸钙,得到彩色卷烟纸。结果表明:思茅松浆和麻秆浆的最佳打浆度分别为79°SR和46°SR,最佳配比为3:7。轻质碳酸钙的最佳添加量为23.86%,助燃剂柠檬酸钾/钠的用量为2%。在此条件下制备的烟草本色卷烟纸的抗张强度、透气度、伸长率分别为0.21 kN·m^(-1)、67.6 CU、0.97%。最后,为赋予彩色卷烟纸烟草本香,还对该卷烟纸进行了烟膏涂布。感官评吸结果表明:当烟膏涂布量为15 g·m^(-2)时,制备的烟支在抽吸时有一定的甜润感、烟香味增加、刺激性和纸质杂气也不明显。本研究结果可为云南烟草、工业大麻种植与加工,废物的高值化利用和高档彩色卷烟纸的生产提供技术支持。
Using the by-products(such as broken tobacco leaves and hemp stems) from the planting and processing of tobacco and industrial hemp in Yunnan Province to produce high value-added products is an effective way to solve the current low-value and inefficient use of by-products and even pollution of the agricultural environment. Based on this, this article organically combines the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry wastes such as shredded tobacco and industrial hemp stems with the production of high-end colored cigarette paper from the perspective of producing natural-color cigarette paper. The raw material of hemp rod core fiber is extracted by clean oxygen-alkali technology, and mixed with Yunnan-specific Simao pine fiber raw material and light calcium carbonate filler to obtain colored cigarette paper. The results show that the best beating degree of Simao pine pulp and hemp stalk pulp are 79°SR and 46°SR, respectively, and the best ratio is 3:7. The optimal addition amount of light calcium carbonate is 23.86%,and the amount of combustion enhancer potassium/sodium citrate is 2%. The tensile strength, air permeability, and elongation of the tobacco paper prepared under these conditions were 0.21 kN·m^(-1), 67.6 CU, and 0.97%, respectively. Finally, in order to endow the color cigarette paper with the original tobacco flavor, this paper also coated the cigarette paper with smoke paste. The sensory evaluation results show that when the coating amount of the tobacco paste is 15 g·m^(-2), the prepared cigarettes have a certain sweetness, increased tobacco flavor, and irritation and paper impurities during smoking. The results of this study can provide technical support for the high-value utilization of Yunnan tobacco and industrial hemp planting and processing waste and the production of high-end colored cigarette paper.
