摘要
模拟清单是设计未达到施工图深度的情况下,基于工程量清单的形式,根据经验和指标编制清单的一种计价方式。因工程量清单列项和数量的不确定性,容易造成不平衡计价等情况发生。为此,探讨基于建设工程造价指标编制的模拟清单,旨在通过合理造价指标减少上述风险。
In the case that the design has not reached the depth of the construction drawing,the simulation list is based on the form of the bill of quantities,according to experience and indicators to prepare a list of valuation.Due to the uncertainty of the list items and quantity of the bill of quantities,it is easy to cause unbalanced valuation and other situations.The simulation list based on the construction cost index discussed in this paper aims to reduce the above risks through reasonable cost index.
