摘要
采用真空悬浮感应熔炼炉制备含钪20%的铝钪二元合金,并对比浇注和水冷铜坩埚中随炉冷却两种成型方法所制得铸锭的成分均匀性,从而确定合金铸锭的最佳成型方式。采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射(XRD)仪对Al-20%Sc合金铸锭的物相组成和晶粒组织进行分析,并通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM),结合能谱,对热锻后Al-20%Sc合金中第二相的分布情况及成分进行表征和分析。
Binary aluminum scandium(20%)alloy was prepared by using a vacuum levitation meling furnace.Moldcasting and furnace cooling method were both used to make ingots,and composition uniformity of ingots made bythese two methods was compared.Optical microscope,X-ray Dillractometer were used to analyze the phases andgrains of the alloy.Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)was employed to characlerize the distribution of secondphases in ingots after hot forging and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS)was used to analyze the composition ofphases.
