摘要
硫酸钡作为脱模剂,在铜阳极板浇铸工序中起着保护模具和改善阳极板物理规格的双重作用。目前圆盘浇铸机硫酸钡浆液配制的工艺简单、操作方式粗放,因而浆液浓度波动大,由此导致阳极板浇铸过程中产品质量不稳定、模具损耗大、原料消耗量虚高等问题;文章介绍一种全自动调制硫酸钡浆液的技术方案与工艺流程,以及该装置在贵溪冶炼厂应用后取得的效益。
As a release agent,barium sulfate plays a dual role in prolecting the mold and improving the physicalspecifications of the anode plate in the casting process of the copper anode plate.At present,the preparation processof barium sulfate slury in disc casting machine is simple and the operation mode is extensive,so the slurryconcentration fluctuates greatly,which leads to the problems of unstable product quality,large die loss and vitualhigh raw material consumption in the process of anode plate easting.'This paper introduces the lechnical scheme andprocess flow of a fully automatic preparation of barium sulate slurry,as well as the benefits obtained after theapplication of the device in Guixi smelter.
