摘要
以废弃花生壳为原料依据不同温度条件制备活性炭并进行扫描电镜及比表面积(BET)表征.探讨了吸附时间对孔雀石绿(MG)吸附性能的影响,并获得了花生壳活性炭吸附MG的最大饱和吸附量.表征结果表明,经过NaOH改性后花生壳在碳化过程中于内表面产生的孔洞大多属于微孔;当温度达到800℃左右时花生壳表面结构开始被破坏甚至坍塌.花生壳活性炭用于吸附MG的最佳碳化温度为800℃,最大吸附量为306.06 mg/g.花生壳活性炭对MG的吸附为吸热过程,且吸附过程符合Langmuir等温方程(R^(2)=0.9999),准二级动力学方程(R^(2)=0.9936).
In this study,activated carbon was prepared from waste peanut shells under different temperature conditions and characterized by SEM(scanning electron microscope)and BET.The effect of adsorption time on the adsorption performance of malachite green(MG)was discussed,and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity of peanut shell activated carbon for MG adsorption was obtained.The characterization results showed that the pores on the inner surface of peanut shell modified by NaOH during the carbonization process were mostly micropores;when the temperature reached 800℃,the surface structure of peanut shell began to be destroyed or even collapsed.The optimal carbonization temperature of peanut shell activated carbon for MG adsorption is 800℃and the maximum adsorption capacity is 306.06 mg/g.The adsorption of MG by peanut shell activated carbon is an endothermic process,and the adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isothermal equation(R^(2)=0.9999)and the quasi-second-order kinetic equation(R^(2)=0.9936).
