摘要
探讨织造企业实现智能化生产的可行性。分析了传统织造企业生产方式实现智能化升级的基本条件,实现全面智能化存在的难点。提出通过组织合作开发,织造企业实现智能化生产具有一定可行性,在降低用工成本、提升产品质量、提高生产效率方面具有优势。认为:织造企业实施智能化生产符合纺织业发展方向。
Feasibility of weaving enterprise to realize intelligent production was discussed.Basic conditions of traditional weaving enterprise to achieve intelligent upgrading were analyzed,difficulties in achieving comprehensive intelligence were introduced. It was proposed that through the organization of cooperative development,weaving enterprises had certain feasibility to realize intelligent production,which had advantages in reducing labor cost, improving product quality and production efficiency.It is considered that the implementation of intelligent production by weaving enterprise is in line with development direction of textile industry.
