新环境下我国情报学学科体系优化设计探讨 被引量:2

Optimal Design of the Discipline System of Intelligence Studies in China under New Environment

摘要 [目的/意义]对新环境下我国情报学学科体系进行优化设计探讨,根据新环境进行相应调整,有利于该学科更好地发展。[方法/过程]从考察环境的新变化入手,清醒认识国家安全受重视程度的日益提升和大数据、人工智能、区块链、云计算等先进信息技术的深度融入,对情报学研究对象、研究内容和研究方法带来的直接且深刻的影响,正确理解总体国家安全观对情报学研究的主导作用,积极面对先进信息技术给情报工作和情报学学科带来的挑战,进行学科体系优化设计。[结果/结论]通过调整,情报学学科体系力求与新环境相适应;经过优化,学科体系中的分支学科群更为合理,应包括:凸显总体国家安全观主导作用的情报史论学科群,服务于国家发展与安全和主动接纳大数据、人工智能、区块链、云计算等先进信息技术的情报应用学科群,与大数据思维和先进技术对接的情报学研究方法学科群及情报学其他学科群。 [Purpose/significance]This paper discusses the optimal design of China’s Intelligence Studies Discipline System under the new environment,and makes corresponding adjustments according to the new environment,which is conducive to the better development of the discipline.[Method/process]Starting from investigating the new changes in the environment,we explore to understand the direct and profound impact of the increasing attention to national security and the deep integration of advanced information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and cloud computing on the research objects,research contents and research methods of Intelligence Studies.We explore to understand the leading role of the overall national security concept in Intelligence Studies research,actively embrace the challenges brought by advanced information technologies to Intelligence works and Intelligence Studies,and optimize the discipline system accordingly.[Result/conclusion]Through adjustment,the Intelligence Studies Discipline System strives to adapt to the new environment;after optimization,the sub-discipline groups in China’s Intelligence Studies Discipline System are more sound,which should include:the Sub-Discipline Group of Intelligence Studies History and Theory that highlights the leading role of the overall national security concept,and the Sub-Discipline Group of Applied Intelligence Studies that serves national development and security and actively adopts advanced information technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,blockchain and cloud computing,the Sub-Discipline Group of Intelligence Studies Research Methods connected with big data thinking and advanced technology,and the Sub-Discipline Groups of Other Intelligence Studies Areas.
