摘要
疫情期间保障孕婴安全并为医务工作者保驾护航,成为摆在南京市妇幼保健院面前的重大考验。医院发扬人文关怀精神,建立“家文化”,以贴心、关心、耐心、暖心、细心为患者和医务工作者提供便捷周到的服务,保障了各项工作有条不紊地进行。面对常态化疫情防控形势,医院从党建、医务社会工作者、社会评价体系三方面进一步强化医院的人文关怀,提升患者的就医体验,增强员工的归属感和获得感。
Ensuring the safety of pregnant women and infants and escorting medical workers during the epidemic has become a major test in front of the Nanjing Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital.The hospital promoted the spirit of humanistic care and established a"family culture"to provide patients and medical workers with convenient and thoughtful services which was intimate,patient,heartwarming and careful.It ensured that all tasks were carried out in an orderly manner.Facing the normalized epidemic prevention and control situation,the hospital further strengthened the hospital's humanistic care from the three aspects of party building,medical social workers,and social evaluation system,which enhanced the patient experience,and enhanced employees'sense of belonging and gaining.
