摘要
为及时有效预防传染病暴发流行,根据相关法律政策,结合传染病特点,探讨传染病早期预警机制现代化建设。其一,发现现代化,即体温监测全民化、常态化。其二,报告现代化,即扩大报告主体、提前报告时间、选取最佳报告方式。其三,平台现代化,即创建“传染病智慧化预警多点触发共享平台”。同时,甄选一个相对特性输入信息--“发热”,并与“发热者所在地”“某时间段”一起设置为预警信息,一旦在某时间段某区域出现一定数量的发热者时,此共享平台即发警报;健全重点单位多渠道监测预警机制;疾病预防控制机构建立二次预警机制,即对发热与传染病病例先后进行疫情前期预警及疫情初期预警设置,以实现传染病早期预警。
In order to prevent the outbreak of infectious diseases in a timely and effective manner,this article discussed the modernization of the early warning mechanism of infectious diseases according to relevant laws and policies and combining with the characteristics of infectious diseases.Firstly,discover the infectious diseases in a modernizational way,that is,monitoring the body temperature universally and normally.Secondly,report the infectious diseases in a modernizational way,that is,expanding the main body of the report,advancing the reporting time,and selecting the best reporting method.The third is the modernization of the platform,that is,the creation of a"multi-trigger sharing platform for intelligent early warning of infectious diseases."At the same time,select a relative characteristic input information-"fever",and set it as an early warning information together with"location of the feverer"and"a certain period of time".Once a certain number of feverish persons appear in a certain area during a certain period of time,this sharing platform will immediately alarm.The multi-channel monitoring and early warning mechanism for key units should be improved.The disease prevention and control agency should establish a secondary early warning mechanism,that is,the early warning of fever and infectious disease cases and the early warning settings of the epidemic to achieve early warning of infectious diseases.
