摘要
全院病床统筹收治模式,打通了科室间的壁垒,使患者住院后可以入住不同科室的病床,让有限的医疗资源得到充分使用,提高床位运行效率。全院病床统筹收治模式对护士病情观察能力、独立解决问题能力以及协调能力提出了更高的要求。通过对护理常规、专科技能、专科用药、应急流程等内容开展集中式培训,并通过晨间护理查房、多学科疑难病例讨论、护理会诊等形式,提升了护士通科护理能力,有效解决了跨科收治患者的护理问题。实施护士通科能力培训后,医院护理质量符合率提升,患者等待床位时间减少,跨科收治护理病历合格率提升。
Hospital-wide coordinating admission mode broke through the barriers between departments,gave the patients access to the beds of multiple departments,made full use of limited medical resources,and improved the bed operation efficiency.The mode put forward higher requirements for nurses to evaluate patients’condition,solve problems independently and coordinate between different departments.The problems in taking care of the patients from different departments were effectively solved by the concentrated training on routine care,specialty skills,specialty medication,and emergency process,morning ward round,multidisciplinary difficult case discussion,and nursing consultation.After the implementation of general ability of the nurses,the hospital had higher quality of care,shorting waiting time,and higher pass rate of nursing records for the cross-department patients.
