摘要
钬激光前列腺剜除术(holmium laser enucleation of the prostate,HoLEP)用于治疗良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)已20余年,因钬激光可快速被水吸收、穿透深度浅、止血效果好等特点及剜除本身带来的优势而得到推广,近年来已被认为是治疗中大型体积增生前列腺的首选手术方式之一。本文回顾相关文献,讨论了钬激光前列腺剜除术治疗良性前列腺增生的临床疗效及推广价值。
Holmium laser enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP)has been used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)for more than 20 years.Holmium laser has been popularized due to its advantages such as rapid water absorption,shallow penetration,good hemostatic effect and enucleation’s own advantages.In recent years,it has been considered as one of the preferred surgical methods for the treatment of medium and large volume prostatic hyperplasia.This paper reviews the related literatures and discusses the clinical efficacy and popularization value of HoLEP in the treatment of BPH.
