摘要
目的:探讨升阳益胃汤辅助治疗慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者的效果。方法:将本院2018年2月-2020年3月89例CKD患者按照计算机分组法分为两组,对照组44例给予常规治疗,观察组45例在对照组基础上给予升阳益胃汤治疗,观察两组症状体征积分和肾功能。结果:治疗3个月后,观察组腰膝酸软、倦怠乏力、食少纳呆评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组尿酸、血肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:升阳益胃汤辅助治疗可显著改善CKD患者临床症状和肾功能。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on adjuvant treatment in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).Method:From February 2018 to March 2020,a total of 89 patients with CKD in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the computer grouping method,44 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,and 45 cases in the observation group were given the treatment of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction on the basis of the control group.The symptoms and signs scores and renal function of the two groups were observed.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the scores of waist and knee weakness,fatigue,and lack of food and boredom in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05);the levels of uric acid,serum creatinine (Scr),and 24 h urine protein of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The adjuvant treatment of Shengyang Yiwei Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and renal function of CKD patients.
