摘要
目的:分析Robocare全程护理干预策略应用于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的效果。方法:回顾性选取笔者所在医院2018年8月-2020年8月非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者77例,均行膀胱癌根治术,其中38例行常规护理患者为对照组,另39例在常规护理基础上结合Robocare全程护理干预策略患者为观察组,比较两组配合依从性、住院时间及术前、术后1周、术后1个月的生活质量(EORTC QLQ-C30)、护理满意度。结果:观察组配合依从性为89.74%(35/39),较对照组的71.05%(27/38)高(P<0.05);观察组住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);术后3个月,观察组EORTC QLQ-C30评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.87%(37/39),较对照组的76.32%(29/38)高(P<0.05)。结论:Robocare全程护理干预策略应用于非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者,可增强遵医行为,缩短康复进程,提高生活质量,患者认可度高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of Robocare whole-course nursing intervention strategy applied to patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer.Method:A total of 77 patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer who underwent radical bladder cancer resection in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were retrospective selected,of which 38 cases underwent routine care as the control group,and other 39 cases on the basis of routine care combined with the Robocare whole-course nursing intervention strategy as the observation group,the two groups were compared in terms of compliance,hospitalization time,EORTC QLQ-C30 before surgery and 1 week,3 month after surgery,nursing satisfaction.Result:The compliance of the observation group was 89.74% (35/39),which was higher than 71.05% (27/38) of the control group (P<0.05);the hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05);3 months after surgery,the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.87% (37/39),which was higher than 76.32% (29/38) of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Robocare whole-course nursing intervention strategy applied to patients with non-muscular invasive bladder cancer can enhance compliance behavior,shorten the rehabilitation process,improve the quality of life,and has a high degree of patient acceptance.
