摘要
目的:探讨二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2016年3月-2020年3月本院78例多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组39例。对照组采取炔雌醇环丙孕酮,研究组在对照组的基础上加用二甲双胍。比较两组疗效、不良反应发生情况、排卵和妊娠情况;比较两组治疗前后的性激素水平[雌二醇(E;)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)]。结果:研究组总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组E;、LH、FSH、T水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组E;均高于治疗前,LH、FSH、T均低于治疗前,且研究组E;高于对照组,LH、FSH、T低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为17.95%,高于对照组的12.82%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组排卵率、妊娠率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取炔雌醇环丙孕酮及二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕,可有效改善血清性激素水平,提高治疗效果及排卵率、妊娠率,且不会增加不良反应发生风险,具有安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Metformin combined with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorder infertility.Method:A total of 78 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorder infertility in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets,and the study group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,adverse reactions,ovulation and pregnancy were compared between two groups;sex hormone levels[estradiol (E;),luteinizing hormone (LH),follicle stimulating hormone (FSH),testosterone (T)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31%,which was higher than 74.36% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in E;,LH,FSH and T levels between two groups (P>0.05);after treatment,E;of both groups were higher than those before treatment,LH,FSH and T of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and E;of the study group was higher than that of the control group,while LH,FSH and T of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 17.95%,which was higher than 12.82% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in ovulation rate and pregnancy rate between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets combined with Metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome ovulation disorder infertility can improve the serum sex hormone levels,improve the treatment effect,ovulat
