摘要
现今,随着经济发展和产业升级,在市场需求下产业园实现快速的发展和建设。而运河滨水带作为港口城市的一种重要自然风貌,对其中产业园区的建设提出不同要求。该文通过宁波前洋E商小镇设计实践,探讨了产业园区应对运河滨水带自然环境的设计策略。即以运河滨水带的空间特征为出发点,结合"创新、人文、开放"的产业园区设计理念,从产业园区整体空间规划布局、建筑单体设计、场地及景观营造等方面提出设计策略。探索创造环境优美、生态和谐的产业园设计思路。
Nowadays,with the economic development and industrial upgrading,the industrial park has realized rapid development and construction under the market demand.As an important natural feature of port city,canal waterfront has different requirements for the construction of industrial parks.Based on the design practice of Ningbo Qianyang E-commerce Town,we discuss the design strategy of industrial park to cope with the natural environment of canal waterfront.That is to take the spatial characteristics of the canal waterfront as the starting point,combined with the design concept of"innovation,humanity,openness"industrial park design,from the industrial park overall space planning layout,architectural design,site and landscape construction and other aspects of the design strategy,we explore the design idea of creating industrial park with beautiful environment and ecological harmony.
