基于学科评估产出的武汉市某三甲医院临床专科高级专业技术岗位设置研究 被引量:5

Research on the Senior Professional and Technical Posts Setting of Clinical Specialty Based on the Discipline Evaluation Outputs in a Grade-A Tertiary Hospital in Wuhan

摘要 目的:通过计算临床专科高级专业技术岗位对所在学科的学科评估得分的边际效益,以期分析医院各临床专科高级专业技术岗位设置情况,为医院精准改进学科人才队伍建设方案、提升各学科核心竞争力提供参考。方法:收集武汉市某三甲医院2019年各临床专科学科评估得分、高级专业技术职称人数、开放床位数情况,计算高级专业技术岗位对所在学科的学科评估总得分这一产出指标的边际贡献度。结果:医院35个临床科室高级专业技术岗位数为548个(34.97%)。总体上临床专科高级专业技术岗位对于学科评估得分的边际贡献度较大的科室学科评估档次更高。结论:针对医院临床专科高级专业技术岗位对于学科评估得分的边际贡献度的不同,建议高级专业技术岗位设置与高级岗位对学科评估得分的边际贡献度挂钩。 Objective:To analyze the status of the senior professional and technical posts in clinical specialty by calculating the marginal benefit of the score of the discipline evaluation of the senior professional and technical posts,so as to provide references for hospitals to accurately improve the disciplinary talent team construction plan and enhance the core competitiveness of each discipline.Methods:The score of the discipline evaluation,the number of senior professional and technical posts and the number of open beds of a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuhan in 2019 were collected.The marginal benefit of the senior professional and technical posts on the output index of the score of the subject evaluation was calculated.Results:The 35 clinical specialties of the hospital had 548(34.97%)senior professional and technical posts.As a whole,the discipline evaluation level was higher in the clinical specialty which had a higher marginal contribution degree of the senior professional and technical posts to the score of the discipline evaluation.Conclusion:In view of the difference in the marginal contribution degree of the senior professional and technical posts in clinical specialty to the score of the discipline evaluation of the hospital,it is recommended that the setting of senior professional and technical posts should be linked to the marginal contribution degree of the senior posts to the score of the discipline evaluation.
