光照与氮的交互作用对谷皮菱形藻生长及硝酸还原酶活性的影响

摘要 选用硅藻中的谷皮菱形藻,采用实验室一次性培养的方法,研究了不同氮和光照条件对谷皮菱形藻的生长及硝酸还原酶活性的影响情况。结果表明,谷皮菱形藻最大比增长率随着光照强度的提高而增大。在进入指数生长期后,谷皮菱形藻受光照与氮的交互作用影响较大,不同光照处理下,氮增加了藻类叶绿素合成量和硝酸还原酶活性。培养第9天时,低氮条件下叶绿素a含量为103.7~274.9μg/L,高氮条件下叶绿素a含量为489.7~1006.6μg/L;低氮条件下,最大硝酸还原酶活性为3.155~7.455μg/(mg·h);高氮条件下,最大硝酸还原酶活性为5.921~13.898μg/(mg·h)。氮对谷皮菱形藻生长的促进作用随着光照强度的提高而明显提高,低氮和高氮处理之间藻类最大比增长速率、最终生物量以及硝酸还原酶活性均差异显著(P<0.05)。 Nitzschia palea was selected as studied object.The effects of nitrogen and light on the growth and nitrate reductase activity of Nitzschia palea were studied.The results showed that:enhancement of light level could enhance the maximum specific growth rate of algae.To the growth of Nitzschia palea,interactions of nitrogen and light was obvious after entering the index growth period,nitrogen increased the chlorophyll-a content and nitrate reductase activity in algae under different light treatments.On the 9 th day,the content of chlorophyll a was 103.7-274.9μg/L under low nitrogen condition and 489.7-1006.6μg/L under high nitrogen condition.Under low nitrogen condition,the maximum nitrate reductase activity was 3.155-7.455μg/(mg·h),and under high nitrogen condition,the maximum nitrate reductase activity was 5.921-13.898μg/(mg·h).With the increase of light level,the nitrogen can promote the growth of Nitzschia palea obviously,there were significant differences between low nitrogen and high nitrogen treatments of the maximum specific growth rate and final biomass of algae(P<0.05).
