摘要
石油化工行业在中国经济发展中起着至关重要的作用,分析其经营效率并找出影响因素对提高石化企业管理水平起到关键作用。文章利用数据包络分析,对35家上市石化企业的静态以及动态经营效率进行了科学的评价。利用TOBIT对所得到的综合经营效率进行回归,创新地引入研发技术人员比例作为解释变量。结果表明:这35家石化企业的经营效率有较明显的上升趋势,其主要是因为技术的进步;员工学历水平和企业成本控制能力对企业经营效率有明显的正向影响;企业研发技术人员比例则对经营效率有较明显的负影响。企业应注意提升员工知识素养、研发技术团队质量,提升企业成本控制的能力,同时应注意提高企业的管理水平,以此来提升石化企业的经营效率。
The petrochemical industry plays a vital role in China’s economic development.Analyzing its operating efficiency and finding out the influencing factors play a key role in improving the management level of petrochemical enterprises.In this paper,the static and dynamic operating efficiency of 35 listed petrochemical enterprises are evaluated scientifically by using data envelopment analysis(DEA).Tobit was used to make a regression of the obtained comprehensive operation efficiency,and the proportion of R&D technicians was innovatively introduced as the explanatory variable.The results show that the operating efficiency of these 35 petrochemical enterprises has an obvious upward trend,which is mainly due to the technological progress.Staff education level and enterprise cost control ability have obvious positive influence on enterprise operating efficiency.The proportion of R&D technicians has obvious negative effect on the operating efficiency.Enterprises should pay attention to the improvement of staff knowledge and quality of research and development technical team,enhance the ability of enterprise cost control,and pay attention to the improvement of enterprise management level,so as to improve the operating efficiency of petrochemical enterprises.
