不同固化剂对路用水性环氧树脂工作性能的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Different Curing Agents on Working Performance of Waterborne Epoxy Resin

摘要 为进一步提升路用水性环氧树脂工作性能及使用品质,选取两种环氧树脂和5种固化剂,采用固化剂乳化法,制备了不同类型水性环氧树脂,对比评价了不同固化剂类型及掺量下水性环氧树脂拉伸、弯曲、黏结等工作性能。并基于水性环氧树脂工作性能演变规律,确定了最佳固化剂类型及其适宜掺量。结果表明:对于E-44和E-51两种类型的环氧树脂,ZH固化剂固化效果最优;当ZH固化剂中活性氢当量与环氧树脂中环氧当量之比为1∶1时,水性环氧树脂可获得最佳工作性能;此外,与E-44水性环氧树脂相比,E-51水性环氧树脂工作性能表现更为优异,其ZH固化剂(用量为LLZ水平)固化产物拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为31.6MPa和12%,弯曲强度、弯曲变形以及弯曲模量分别为82.5MPa、23mm和1840MPa,附着力拉拔强度为2.15MPa。 In order to further improve the working performance and service quality of road waterborne epoxy resin,based on the two preferred common epoxy resins and five water-based curing agents,different types of waterborne epoxy resins are prepared by means of curing agent emulsification method,the working performances of waterborne epoxy resins such as stretching,bending and bonding under different curing agent types and dosages are compared and evaluated,and based on the evolution of the working performance of waterborne epoxy resins,the best curing agent type and its suitable dosage are determined.The results show that for E-44 and E-51 two different types of epoxy base materials,the curing effect of ZH curing agent is the best.When the ratio of active hydrogen equivalent in ZH curing agent to epoxy equivalent in epoxy resin is 1:1,the prepared waterborne epoxy resins has the best working performance.In addition,compared with E-44 waterborne epoxy resins,E-51 waterborne epoxy resins has better performance,the tensile strength and elongation at break of the cured product are 31.6 MPa and 12% respectively,the bending strength,bending deformation and bending modulus are 82.5 MPa,2 mm and 1840 MPa respectively,and the adhesion pull-out strength is 2.15 MPa.
