摘要
为探究不同品种灵芝子实体挥发性成分及其差异性,采用顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)联用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析的方法对4个人工栽培品种白肉灵芝、赤芝、紫芝、大红芝子实体挥发性成分进行检测和分析。从4个品种中共检测出81种化合物,其中醛类25种、酮类14种、醇类10种、酯类7种、萜类5种、烯烃类4种、酸类3种、烷烃及其他18种。PCA分析发现,(E)-2-庚烯醛、3,4-二(亚甲基)-环戊烷酮、(E)-2-辛烯醛、丁基乙二醇乙酸酯、(E)-2-壬烯醛、2,4-壬二烯醛、(E)-2-癸烯醛、(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛、庚醛、5,6-二氧-2H-吡喃-2-酮、2-壬烷酮、1,6,7-三甲基-萘、补身醇、雪松醇14种挥发性成分为灵芝的特征挥发性成分。
In order to explore the volatile components and their differences in the fruit bodies of different varieties of Ganoderma lucidum, the volatile components in the fruit bodies of four artificially cultivated varieties of Ganoderma lucidum were detected and analyzed by headspace solid phase microextraction(HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS). A total of 81 compounds were detected, including 25 aldehydes, 14 ketones, 10 alcohols, 7 esters, 5 terpenes, 4 olefins, 3 acids, alkanes and 18 others. PCA analysis showed that 14 volatile components including(E)-2-heptene aldehyde, 3, 4-bis(methylene)-cyclopentanone,(E)-2-octenal, butyl ethylene glycol acetate,(E)-2-nonenal,2,4-nonenal,(E)-2-decennal,(E,E)-2,4-decendialdehyde, heptanaldehyde, 5, 6-diox-2 h-pyran-2-one, 2-nonanone, 1, 6, 7-trimethyl-naphthalene, tonic alcohol and cedar alcohol were the characteristic volatile components of Ganoderma lucidum.
