野生沙杵菇的驯化栽培

摘要 为了挖掘食用菌新种质,从内蒙古鄂尔多斯市采集分离到2株野生沙杵菇菌株,以鸡腿菇097为对照,对2株沙杵菇菌株的菌丝生长、出菇产量和子实体形态等方面进行综合评价。结果表明,菌株SHCHG (S) 02与鸡腿菇097为不同种,其综合性状表现好,菌丝粗壮、生长速率快,子实体肥大、菌盖比例小,产量与生物学效率分别为对照的93.61%、93.60%。该菌株可作为新种质进一步研究、驯化、开发,以培育出适合北方寒冷地区的食用菌新品种。 In order to explore the new germplasm of edible fungi, two strains of wild Coprinus comatus were collected and isolated from the Erdos, Inner Mongolia. The mycelial growth, mushroom yield and substrate morphology of two strains were evaluated by taking C. comatus 097 as the control. The results showed that C. comatus strain SHCHG(S)02 was a different species from C. comatus 097, which showed good overall performance, with sturdy mycelium, fast growth rate, large substrate, small-cap ratio, and 93.61% and 93.60% yield and biological efficiency of the control, respectively. Therefore, the strain can be further researched, domesticated, and developed as a new germplasm to breeding new varieties of edible fungi suitable for cold northern regions.
