土坝充填灌浆设计计算及分析

Calculation and Analysis of Earth Dam Filling Grouting Design

摘要 土坝充填灌浆技术具有防渗效果明显、使用范围广、取材方便、造价经济、施工便捷和场地限制少等诸多优点,因而在中小型水库加固中得到广泛应用,但充填灌浆具有隐蔽性,浆液在土体中实际充填范围无法直接判别。参照单液硅化法加固黄土溶液用量公式,以一个典型土坝工程渗流和结构分析为例,提出充填灌浆理论设计参数并进行经济技术比选,结果表明优选单位注浆量大形成大注浆半径的灌浆布置方案,可以节省工程造价和缩短工期,总结出在确保技术可行经济合理的充填灌浆设计中应注意的地方。 Earth dam filling grouting technology has many advantages, such as obvious characteristic of anti-seepage effect, wide range of use, convenient sampling, economic cost, convenient construction and less site restrictions. Therefore, it has been widely used in the reinforcement of small and medium reservoirs. However, the filling grouting is concealed and the actual filling range of grout in soil cannot be directly determined. Referring to the dosage formula of loess solution reinforced by single liquid silicification method, taking the seepage and structural analysis of a typical earth dam project as an example, the theoretical design parameters of filling grouting are put forward and the economic and technical comparison is carried out. The results show that the grouting layout scheme with large grouting radius is optimized, which can save the project cost and shorten the construction period. The points that should be paid attention to in ensuring the technical feasibility and economic rationality of filling grouting design are summarized.
