罐采样-预浓缩-全二维气相色谱/质谱法在鉴别追踪挥发性有机物来源中的应用 被引量:1

Application of canister sampling-preconcentration-comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/mass spectrometry in identifying and tracing source of volatile organic compounds

摘要 将苏玛罐采样-大气预浓缩仪浓缩-全二维气相色谱/质谱法分析挥发性有机物(VOC)的新方法应用到环境检测执法取证中,重新构建了全二维气相色谱/质谱仪器色谱柱连接方式,对比了不同色谱柱、双柱切换切割时间、辅助单元压力等对VOC分离效果的影响,125种VOC在所测范围内线性良好。当进样体积为400mL时,检出限为0.11~8.10μg/m^(3),测定下限为0.44~32.40μg/m^(3),相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.2%~16.2%。通过对某工业园区恶臭异味投诉案件路段及周边空气中VOC进行采样测定,准确鉴别了恶臭的组分,并追踪到了污染物的来源,为环保监管提供了依据。 The new method of the SUMMA canister sampling-air preconcentrator concentratingcomprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/mass spectrometry for analysis of the volatile organic compound(VOC)was used to the law enforcement and evidence collection in the environmental monitoring,and the chromatographic column connection mode of the comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was rebuilt.The influence of different chromatographic columns,double column switching&cutting time and auxiliary unit pressure,etc.on the separation effect of VOC components was compared.The 125 kinds of VOC has good linearity in the determining range.When the feeding volume of the sample is 400 mL,the detection limit is 0.11~8.10μg/m^(3),the lower limit of detection is 0.44~32.40μg/m^(3),and the relative standard deviation(n=6)is 1.2%~16.2%.Through sampling and determining of VOC in the road section and surrounding air in an industrial park with special odor complaint case,the odor components are accurately identified,and the sources of the pollutants are tracked,which provides a basis for the environmental protection supervision.
