摘要
针对全量客户省级集约核算面临的问题,应用文献研究、问题调研分析等方法,分析了电费核算管理模式、系统支持功能、业务操作流程,提出了重塑抄核收管理模式、异常问题分专业落实、抄核收全流程监控、健全抄核收评价体系等措施,以提高电费核算效率。
In allusion to the problems faced by the provincial-level intensive accounting of all customers, literature researching and problem investigation and analysis methods are used to analyze the electricity charge accounting management mode,system support functions and business operation processes. Many measures such as reshaping the management mode of checking and receiving,implementing specialization of abnormal problems, monitoring the process of checking and receiving, and improving the evaluation system of checking and receiving are put forward,so as to improve the efficiency of electricity charge accounting.
