机电管线用支吊架抗震性能试验方法综述 被引量:2

摘要 支吊架是连接附属机电设备和主体结构之间的重要连接构件,当遭遇地震时,抗震支吊架能有效地抵御地震作用,限制管道位移,防止管道脱落,进而减少地震引起的次生灾害,研究支吊架抗震性能对于保护附属机电管线设施具有重要意义。目前,非结构构件抗震性能试验方法大多沿用结构抗震性能试验方法,但在加载制度和加载方式上存在明显差别。总结了国内外标准规范中抗震支吊架抗震性能试验方法,包括拟静力试验方法、振动台试验方法以及拟动力试验方法等,结合理论与案例,介绍了各种试验方法的加载制度及其适用范围,并针对国内现有抗震支吊架类型给出了试验方法建议。 It is of great significance to study the performance of the seismic support and hanger,as an important connection between the main structure and auxiliary electromechanical facilities,seismic support and hanger can effectively absorb seismic load under the earthquake,limit the vibration displacement of pipelines,prevent the pipeline from falling off and reduce the occurrence of secondary disasters caused by earthquakes.At present,the seismic performance test methods of non-structural components are mostly derived from structural seismic performance test methods,but there are obvious differences in the loading schemes and methods.The seismic performance test methods in domestic and foreign standards,including pseudo-static,shaking table and pseudo-dynamic test methods were summarized.And the loading schemes of various test methods and their applicable scopes were introduced based on the theory and cases,finally several suggestions on test methods were given for types of seismic support and hanger.
