摘要
介绍了常压下碳脱氧技术的机理和在炼钢生产中的实践。该技术利用LF电弧的高温、碳素脱氧剂和渣料中的白灰造电石渣,对沸腾钢的钢渣和钢水脱氧,具有LF升温效率高、处理后的钢水洁净度高的特点。鞍钢股份有限公司炼钢总厂采用该技术生产低碳铝镇静钢,不考虑钢水质量提升带来的效益,仅降低合金成本创效可达10~20元/t钢。该技术也可用于大多数高、中、低碳钢的生产。
The mechanism of carbon deoxidization technology under atmospheric pressure and the practice of the technology applied in steelmaking were introduced.By the technology which took the advantage of high temperature of electric arc from LF,carbon deoxidizer and lime-like acetylene sludge in steel slag,molten steel and steel slag in rimmed steel could be deoxidized.So the technology is characterized by high heating-up efficiency in heating molten steel in LF and high cleanliness of treated molten steel.After the technology was applied to produce low carbon aluminum killed steel in General Steelmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,the alloy cost was reduced by from 10 to 20 yuan RMB per ton steel without including the benefits created by improving the quality of molten steel.The technology can be also applied in the production for the grades with high carbon,middle carbon and low carbon.
