摘要
目的:探讨建立基于应对COVID-19的长效传染病防控培训网络体系在医院感染防控中的价值。方法:将2019年1月-2020年1月实施常规感染防控的患者986例作为对照组;将2020年2-12月建立长效传染病防控培训网络体系后的患者997例作为研究组。对比两组200次卫生考核合格率;观察两组患者医院感染发生情况及就诊满意度。结果:研究组门把手、座椅、空气、地面及仪器合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者呼吸道、皮肤、消化道、泌尿道及总感染率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:长效传染病防控培训网络体系可有效降低医院感染发生率,有利于提高患者对医院感染工作的满意度。
Objective:To explore the value of establishing a long-term infectious disease prevention and control training network system based on the response to COVID-19 in the prevention and control of hospital infections.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,986 patients with routine infection prevention and control were set as the control group.From February to December 2020,997 patients who had established a long-term infectious disease prevention and control training network system were set up as the research group.We compared 200 health assessment pass rates of the two groups.We observed the incidence of nosocomial infections and the satisfaction of visits in the two groups of patients.Results:The qualification rates of door handles,seats,air,ground and equipment in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The respiratory tract,skin,digestive tract,urinary tract and total infection rate of patients in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The long-term infectious disease prevention and control training network system can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and help improve patients'satisfaction with hospital infection prevention and control work.
