Objective:To analyze the clinical diagnosis effect of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods:From January 2020 to January 2021,48 patients with suspected deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs were selected, using color Doppler ultrasound to diagnose the patients'disease and analyzed the results. Results:After 48 patients received color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis,33 cases of deep venous thrombosis of the left lower limb were diagnosed, and 13 cases of deep venous thrombosis of the right lower limb were diagnosed. The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities was 95.83%.Compared with the surgical diagnosis result, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The chronic deep venous thrombosis has a strong rebound signal, and the inner wall of the venous wall was thickened. The blood flow signal inside the venous cavity of subacute deep venous thrombosis was getting stronger and stronger, and the thrombotic vein cannot be completely compressed.Patients with acute deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities will have very obvious dilation of the venous vessels. Conclusion:Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis for patients with deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities can accurately determine the type of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities. It has extremely high safety and high application value.
