摘要
目的:探讨抗VEGF药物联合眼底激光治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法:将2018年2月-2021年2月收治的缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者26例,作为观察组;2016年2月-2018年1月收治的缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞患者30例,作为对照组。对照组行眼底激光光凝辅助药物治疗;观察组在眼底激光光凝辅助药物治疗基础上给予抗VEGF药物玻璃体腔内注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者治疗前视网膜出血面积情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组视网膜无出血20例,对照组无出血5例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度低于对照组,视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗VEGF药物联合眼底激光治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞疗效显著。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of anti-VEGF drugs combined with fundus laser in the treatment of ischemic central retinal vein occlusion.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2021,26 patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion were selected as the observation group.From February 2016 to January 2018,30 patients with ischemic central retinal vein occlusion were selected as the control group.The control group received fundus laser photocoagulation adjuvant drug therapy.The observation group was given intravitreal injection of anti-VEGF drugs on the basis of fundus laser photocoagulation adjuvant drug therapy.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in retinal bleeding area between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were 20 cases of retinal bleeding in observation group and 5 cases of retinal bleeding in control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the thickness of the macular foveal retina of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the visual acuity level was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The each quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of anti-VEGF drugs and fundus laser is effective in the treatment of ischemic central retinal vein occlusion.
