摘要
应用型高校应注重培养和提升大学生的动手实践能力,帮助学生树立职业精神与道德操守,实现人才培养的转型升级,以适应新时代发展的需求。在此理念指引下,德国“工匠精神”逐渐进入高校教育者的视野范围,为高校教育管理工作提供了重要的借鉴与指引,促进了高校应用型人才的培养与发展。文章深入分析了目前我国应用型本科院校教育管理工作中存在的问题,结合“工匠精神”的内涵与意义,为今后应用型本科院校教育管理工作的创新发展提供观点与思路,以期对我国高等教育事业升级发展有所裨益。
The application-oriented universitiesshould strive to enhance students'ability of putting what they learnt into practice in ways that enables students to develop professionalism and strong moral grounding.These universities need to upgrade the way of training talents to keep pace with economic development in a new era.Guided by the philosophy,the universities educators start to value German craftsmanship spirit at their work.The action brings success practices and excellent guidance to the educational management which makes it possible for the universities to deliver more applied talents to the society.The paperanalyzes the educational management problems among China's applied-oriented universities and dig into what craftsmanship spiritis all about.It aims to provide a new idea for the innovative development of educational management in applied-oriented universities and boost the development of higher education undertaking in China.
